Join us for Lakeshore Foundation’s Celebration of Champions – a one-hour, high-energy FREE virtual event celebrating the Olympic and Paralympic Spirit, Tokyo 2020 Games and Lakeshore’s unique contributions as an Olympic and Paralympic Training Site and home of USA Wheelchair Rugby.

You’ll hear from Paralympians past, present and future and learn the pivotal role Lakeshore plays in their pursuit of Gold. Tickets are going fast – make your plans to join us at noon CT on Thursday, August 12. 

Become a Table Captain and help raise funds that will help support Lakeshore’s contributions as an Olympic and Paralympic Training Site and will help fund our continued training there.

  • Hear from Paralympians Joe Delagrave (USA Wheelchair Rugby) and Jennifer Schuble (Para cycling). 
  • Meet the next generation of Paralympic hopefuls training at Lakeshore. 
  • Participate in a special send-off for USA Wheelchair Rugby as they leave Birmingham to compete in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. 

Celebration of Champions will give you an up close look as to what it takes to be an Olympic or Paralympic athlete and how Lakeshore Foundation has supported our nation’s best for more than 30 years. Join two-time Paralympian, four-time NCAA track & field All-American, Army veteran and event keynote speaker John Register as we celebrate champions of the past, present and future.
