World Championships day three features USA vs. France

The U.S. maintained their undefeated record at the GIO 2018 IWRF World Championship with a win today over France.

France, the number seven team, also came into today’s third day of competition undefeated with wins over Canada and Colombia. The French scored the first try of today’s match but were unable to strip the Americans of a lead throughout the four quarters. Up 29-21 at the end of the first half, the U.S. stretched their lead to 10 at the end of the third, finishing the match with the win, 54-39.

Wednesday in Australia is a two game day for the Americans.  First up is Poland in a game that can be seen at 9:30 p.m. CST on Tuesday in the U.S.  In the second game of the day, USA will face Canada which will be live streamed at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday CST.  Live streams of all of the World Championship matches can be seen here.
